How long does it take to receive my goods?
Goods will be shipped as soon as possible after an order is received. This will usually be within two to three days if not during a very busy time such as after a trade fair. At these times an order may take up to two weeks to leave the warehouse.
Please specify on your order if you would like an order to be sent urgently – we will do our best to meet this request.
How are the goods sent to me?
Goods are sent by Australia Post and Australian Air Express. Please specify if you have a preference for either of these means.
How much is charged for shipping?
The shipping and handling charge depends upon the weight and destination of goods sent. The minimum delivery cost to the customer is $10.50 – this is for a 3kg post bag sent anywhere in Australia (unless the order is for bulky items such a bangles or some displays – then a parcel will be sent rather than a post bag).
(The minimum postage cost applies to a jewellery order of approximately $250).
What do I do if the wrong items are received?
Please return these goods with their corresponding codes.
Our sterling silver is properly mixture of 92.5% pure silver.
Good maintained and care of your silver jewellery will reward you a new and lustrous look for long time:
Our fashion jewellery needs to be properly maintained correctly.
Keep your jewellery with close bag store in a cool and dry place.
Store each item individually to prevent scratching.
Will my silver tarnish?
Silver will tarnish over time due to a reaction with the atmosphere and sometimes the perspiration of the wearer; however, cleaning with a silver polishing cloth will return the item to its original condition.
What is Sterling Silver (925)?
925 means that 92.5% is pure silver with the remaining 7.5% an alloy. Pure silver is too soft for use in jewellery, therefore, it is combined with an alloy (usually copper) to make it more practical.
What is the base metal?
All of our gold plated chains sold by the centremetre are solid brass base.
What is the plating?
Our plating is HARD GOLD plating. This does not usually chip, flake or peal and is washable.
Will it tarnish?
Our gold plated chains are all treated with an anti-tarnish protective coating to help protect the plating underneath and also to give extra strength and wear. However our gold plated chains still need to be looked after by removing at night and during strenuous exercise or activity. Washing them with liquid soap and water regularly helps to keep them like new for a much longer period of time.
Can I leave them on all the time?
Our anklets can be left on. Usually we don’t lose much body acid around the ankle area so yes you can leave these on.
HOWEVER we do recommend removing your necklaces and bracelets when you return home or before you retire to bed at night and giving them a quick wash in warm soapy water as this will help look after them and protect them from the damages of body acids , perfumes , body lotions etc.
