Refund Policy
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, please contact us and we will happily organize an exchange for you, so long as the products are not damaged and returned to us in a saleable condition and within a 7 day period.
Making a Return
If you want to return a product to us for exchange, you can do so through Australia Post. Simply include a letter stating customer; name, address, phone, email, product details; transaction #, order date, item returned, reason, what you would like us to do; exchange for same item, for different item, or for gift voucher. Then put the information with the returning item in an envelope, satchel or box suitable for mail transport.
A photo copy of the original invoice supplied with the goods purchased.
