For Domestic orders, packages under 500g will be sent by Registered Post. Packages over this weight will be delivered via Registered Regular Parcel post. The freight charge will be fixed, and is added to your order before processing your credit card. This way you will know the final charge being made to your credit card.
For international orders, a freight charge is calculated according to weight and your method selection. There will also be a separate charge for Insurance, necessary for the type of product we are despatching. This also means it will be a receipted delivery. All charges will be added to your order before processing your credit card, so you will always know the total being charged. International Air Mail delivery time is usually 7 working days, Economy Air can be up to 10 – 14 working days.
Your order will be despatched within 24-48hrs, or the nearest working day. Made to Measure Gold & Silver will email you when your order is despatched.
Returns: Goods returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition, can be fully exchanged for any other item of the same value. Freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless an error was made by Made to Measure Gold & Silver supplying incorrect or defective goods, in which case Made to Measure Gold & Silver will pay the freight.
How long does it take to receive my goods?
Goods will be shipped as soon as possible after an order is received. This will usually be within two to three days if not during a very busy time such as after a trade fair. At these times an order may take up to two weeks to leave the warehouse.

How are the goods sent to me?
Goods are sent by Australia Post and Australian Air Express. Please specify if you have a preference for either of these means.
How much is charged for shipping?
The shipping and handling charge depends upon the weight and destination of goods sent. The minimum delivery cost to the customer is $10.00 – this is for a 500g post bag sent anywhere in Australia (unless the order is for bulky items such a bangles or some displays – then a parcel will be sent rather than a post bag).
Can I receive a refund/credit for broken or damaged items?
